Product Design for Agencies and Product Teams
Most outsourced research is built to be managed, not trusted. Krueger Design gives agencies a study they don't have to supervise, and gives their clients findings they can act on.
A brief usually stops at the methodology.
Moderated or unmoderated, German or English, that part's easy to specify. What's harder to know in advance is whether the study comes back without a project manager checking in along the way. Krueger Design is built for that handover: scripted, run, analysed, and reported as one engagement.
No two research projects need the same shape.
A discovery call sets the scope, which sessions are moderated, which run unmoderated, which language, how findings get reported. Nothing here is templated in advance.
Scripting and study design built around the actual research question, not a fixed format.
Sessions moderated in German or English, live or unmoderated, depending on what the study needs.
Analysis, reporting, and strategic input at kick-off, all part of the same engagement.

One call, no relay.
The kick-off call includes Krueger Design, the agency, and the client together, not a relay of information through a middleman. Scope, timeline, and who owns what get settled once, on the same call, not clarified later over email.

Translated, not rewritten.
Discussion guides move into the moderation language, and the platform gets set up around the agreed scope. Nothing about the research question changes in preparation, only the delivery it's prepared for.

One engagement, start to finish.
A study doesn't move between people as it goes, scripted by one hand, moderated by another, analysed by a third. Krueger Design runs it as a single thread, and what lands at the end is a finished piece of work, not a folder of transcripts waiting to be turned into one.

Where strategic range meets native fluency.
A transcript flattens everything to words on a page. It won't tell you a participant paused, or that the pause was the translation, not the answer. Catching that takes fluency in the room, not just afterward in the notes. Krueger Design brings the same judgement to the kick-off itself, shaping what a study should ask, not just running the script it's handed.
Occasionally, it's the site itself.
Does Krueger Design offer web design services?
Not on its own. When an audit finds the site itself is what's holding things back, a rebuild gets scoped in alongside the SEO work, full builds in Webflow, structural fixes on Squarespace.
Questions
Answers to what agencies ask before handing off a research project.
Yes. Scope is set project by project, some engagements need the full cycle, scripting, moderation, analysis, and reporting, others only need sessions run against a script the agency already has. What's included gets agreed before the study starts.
No. Sessions run in German or English depending on what the study needs, plenty of engagements are English only. German-native moderation is a capability, not a requirement.
Hourly, quoted per project. Scope and timing affect the rate, weekend or after-hours sessions differ from standard ones, which is why a single published number wouldn't hold up across projects that vary this much.
Scripts get reviewed before a session runs, not just executed as delivered. Platform mismatches or steps that won't work as written get flagged and resolved before participants are in the room.
It gets adjusted, moving from unmoderated to moderated, for instance, as part of the same engagement, not renegotiated from scratch.
